<P> PALM BAY, Fla., April 15 (UPI) -- Police in Palm Bay, Fla.,
say the operator of a licensed day-care center was running an escort
service out of her home, WKMG-TV, Orlando, reported Friday.</P>
<P> Palm Bay resident Coretta Battle allegedly ran both Battle
Day Care and Prestige Escorts, where day-care clients sold sex.</P>
<P> "We had information that led us to believe that she was
watching or taking care of the children of her employees while they
were out doing these acts of prostitution," said Brevard County
police spokeswoman Yvonne Martinez.</P>
<P> "Battle was driving her minivan, her family vehicle, to and
from hotels where she would be soliciting sex. Our officers went
undercover and basically solicited from the escort services."</P>
<P> Police busted another escort service in a nearby Palm Bay
home, the station said.</P>
<P> Both Battle and the owner of Absolutely You escort service,
Julie Blackwell, were said to have netted thousands of dollars from
clients. Cops seized their client lists and phone records in their
raids.</P>
<P> The two women were arrested.</P>
